Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise, making it necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients and provide the best possible service, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Notice of Cancellation: Clients are required to provide a minimum of one hour notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their session. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If a client fails to provide at least one hour notice prior to their scheduled appointment time, they will be charged the full fee for the session. This policy is in place to respect the time of both our staff and other clients who may be waiting for an available appointment.
